View and manage transactions using the Flintn web dashboard.

Accessing Transactions

  1. Navigate to Transactions in the left menu

Transaction List

The transaction list displays:

Column
Description

ID

Unique transaction identifier

Amount

Transaction amount and currency

Status

Current status (color-coded)

Customer

Customer email or ID

Date

Transaction creation date

Card

Card brand and last 4 digits

Status Colors

Color
Status

Green

Settled, Captured

Yellow

Authorized, Pending

Red

Declined, Failed

Gray

Voided, Refunded

Filtering Transactions

Use the filter panel to narrow results:

By Status

  • Authorized

  • Captured

  • Settled

  • Voided

  • Refunded

  • Declined

  • Failed

By Date Range

Select predefined ranges:

  • Today

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 30 days

  • Custom range

By Amount

  • Minimum amount

  • Maximum amount

By Customer

  • Customer email

  • Customer ID

By Card

  • Card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Last 4 digits

Transaction Details

Click on a transaction to view full details:

Overview Tab

  • Transaction ID and status

  • Amount and currency

  • Created and updated timestamps

  • Associated subscription (if applicable)

Customer Tab

  • Customer ID and email

  • Name and billing address

  • Customer history link

Payment Tab

  • Card details (brand, last 4, expiry)

  • BIN information

  • Authorization code

  • Processor response

Risk Tab

  • AVS result and meaning

  • CVV verification result

  • Fraud score

  • Risk factors

Timeline Tab

  • Chronological history of all events

  • Status changes

  • Actions performed

Performing Actions

From the transaction detail page:

Capture

For transactions in AUTHORIZED status:

  1. Click Capture

  2. Confirm the capture amount

  3. Click Confirm

Void

For transactions in AUTHORIZED status:

  1. Click Void

  2. Confirm the void

  3. Click Confirm

Refund

For transactions in SETTLED status:

  1. Click Refund

  2. Enter refund amount (full or partial)

  3. Add optional reason

  4. Click Confirm

Exporting Data

Export transaction data for reporting:

  1. Apply desired filters

  2. Click Export

  3. Choose format:

    • CSV

    • Excel

  4. Download the file

Export Fields

Exported files include:

  • Transaction ID

  • Amount and currency

  • Status

  • Customer details

  • Card information

  • Timestamps

  • Subscription ID (if applicable)

Use the search bar to find transactions by:

  • Transaction ID

  • Customer email

  • Customer ID

  • Card last 4 digits

Dashboard Tips

Quick Filters

Click on a status badge anywhere to filter by that status.
